Service Description

Childcare Vacancy Alert monitors publicly available childcare centre websites for mentions of vacancies and notifies subscribers. We do not guarantee the accuracy or availability of any vacancy. Vacancies are posted by individual centres and may be filled before you contact them.

Subscriptions & Billing

All plans include a 7-day free trial. After the trial, you will be charged the plan price monthly. You can cancel anytime from your dashboard — no lock-in contracts. Refunds are not provided for partial months.

Limitation of Liability

This service is provided “as is”. We are not responsible for missed vacancies, incorrect information from centre websites, or any decisions you make based on our alerts. Our maximum liability is limited to the fees you have paid in the previous 3 months.

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any right or remedy, or any guarantee, warranty, or other term or condition implied or imposed by the Australian Consumer Law which cannot be lawfully excluded or limited.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of South Australia, Australia.
